These terms apply to purchases from aandsclassic.com, operated by A&S Classic LLC (“A&S Classic”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and prices
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.
- We try to show products accurately, but packaging and colors may vary slightly from the photos.
- All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.
- We may cancel an order if a price or product listing contains an obvious error.
Wholesale accounts
- Wholesale pricing is available only to approved business accounts. We review every application and may approve or decline at our discretion.
- Wholesale orders have a $200 minimum order value.
- Wholesale pricing is for business purchasers only. We may close accounts that do not meet these terms.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Sales tax is added where required.
Shipping, pickup and returns
Shipping, local pickup and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.
Product use and safety
- Follow the manufacturer instructions and age guidance on each product.
- Drones must be flown in line with FAA rules and local laws.
- Products with lithium batteries should be charged and stored as the manufacturer directs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
