Order processing
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
Shipping
- We ship from Mableton, Georgia with UPS to addresses in the United States.
- The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery time depends on the UPS service and your location. Most UPS Ground deliveries arrive in 1–5 business days after shipping.
- Some products contain lithium batteries and can only ship by ground service.
Free local pickup
Choose Pickup at our Mableton store at checkout. Pickup orders are usually ready the same or next business day, and we email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a photo ID.

Returns
- You can return items within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
- For hygiene reasons, opened personal care and beauty items (such as makeup, shavers and hair clippers) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was sent in error.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, including shipping.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders are final sale, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.
