This policy explains how A&S Classic LLC (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit or buy from aandsclassic.com.
Information we collect
- Orders: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and the items you buy.
- Accounts: your login details and order history. Wholesale applicants also give a business name, business phone and, optionally, an EIN or resale certificate number.
- Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Browsing: cookies that keep your cart and login working, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders and pickups.
- To review and manage wholesale account applications.
- To send order emails and reply to your messages.
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
- To meet tax and legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- UPS and our shipping partner Unishippers, to deliver your order.
- Our website hosting and email providers, to run the store and send emails.
- Authorities, if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
